I appreciate the thought you've put into this suggestion, but I won’t be making changes to balance classes in a way that diminishes their unique strengths and weaknesses. Each class is designed to have its own role, and comparing them purely based on a single ability (like AoE healing) doesn’t give an accurate picture of their overall performance.
Shamans excel at chain healing, but Priests and Druids bring their own strengths—whether it's strong single-target healing, HoTs, shields, or burst healing. If there's actual evidence that a class is underperforming in its role as a whole, I'm open to looking at that, but I won't be tweaking abilities just to make every class equally good at something they're not meant to specialize in.
Balancing should be done at a role level, considering all abilities and utilities, not just based on one specific type of heal. Right now, I don’t see a reason to make changes, as all healing classes (to my understanding) are fully capable in their intended roles.
Thanks for the suggestion! Always happy to discuss balance, but it needs to be based on a broader perspective.
