Can't launch Wow

5. Description of the Issue:
Even after finding and deleting corrupted files, and also completely reinstalling the launcher and client, at the end of it all clicking on play gives an error 'Wow.exe - Bad Image" saying that DivxDecoder.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error and gives the error status 0xc0000020. I am then blocked at the "please wait for the game to load first, then you can sign in!" screen where I can either wait for the SIGN IN button to not be greyed out anymore (doesnt happen) or click "continue manually.." where it starts all over again upon clicking "play".

6. Steps to Reproduce:
Install client or update with the launcher, following the indications on the site. Click on 'play' on the launcher at the end of the process. Using Wow.exe gives the same error message.

Please make sure:

You have installed game fully, there's no missing updates, and that the drive is not full
The path to your game is short, like C:/Games/Classic-Plus
The game is not installed on to any cloud service drive, like OneDrive, DropBox, etc..
Run verify_files.exe, located in the same folder as Wow.exe
- When verify_files start, select 1 to do a fast file verification
- Type yes to delete corrupt files
- Run the launcher and update the game, it will replace the corrupt files that verify_files deleted

All of these had been done to the best of my ability, although I am unsure about the first point: I was depended on what your site and launcher gave me so I don't know what updates I should check for except those that were indeed installed.
I might have made a mistake when checking if there was enough room, I thought there was but I decided to wait for the download without launcher, which took between 2 and three days... In the end it appeared there was indeed not enough room using this process although it didnt seem that way when I was using the launcher.
I made room and now it works fine, thank you for your help.
